ARTICLE 0 — Definitions
For the purposes of these Rules, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
1. TOLFOOTBALL / Platform: refers to the online platform enabling team registration, tournament organization, result validation, reward allocation and management of internal digital units called "Tokens".
2. GM (General Manager): refers to the user responsible for managing a team on the platform. The GM represents the team, manages registrations, coordinates Co-GMs and players, and acts as the primary contact with the administration.
3. Co-GM: refers to a user invited by the GM to assist in team management. A Co-GM has no financial withdrawal rights.
4. Token: refers to an internal digital unit used within the platform, particularly for tournament participation. Tokens do not constitute electronic money within the meaning of the French Monetary and Financial Code, nor are they a payment instrument usable outside the platform. The internal nominal value of one Token is set at €0.25.
5. TOLPOOL: refers to an internal collective reserve of Tokens intended to support certain competition rewards, events, or platform mechanisms as defined by the administration.
6. Association Reserve: refers to the internal Token reserve allocated to support the operation, development and economic balance of the platform.
7. Tournament / Competition: refers to a competitive event organized on the platform (group stage, knockout, or mixed format), which may result in Token rewards.
ARTICLE 1 — Purpose of the Rules
These Rules define the conditions for using the General Manager (GM) role on the TOLFOOTBALL platform. They constitute a contractual agreement between the user and the platform administration. The GM is responsible for managing a virtual football team, entering competitions, and coordinating associated Co-GMs and players.
ARTICLE 2 — Conditions for Registration as GM
To register as a GM, the user must:
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- Provide a valid official identification document (national ID card or passport), subject to administrative verification.
- Provide a valid email address and secure password.
- Provide an authentic PSN / GT / PC username, which may be verified.
- Provide a PayPal email address for potential withdrawals.
- Subscribe to the initial membership fee of €50 as described in Article 4.
- Read and accept these Rules and the general terms of use.
ARTICLE 3 — Role of the GM
The GM officially represents a team on the platform and assumes the following responsibilities:
- Creation and management of the team (name, logo, sporting organization).
- Invitation and management of up to three (3) Co-GMs via invitation links.
- Tournament registrations using Tokens.
- Compliance with rules, sporting ethics and platform guidelines.
- Monitoring results and participating in validation procedures.
- Providing accurate and official information about the team.
- Use of the dashboard (Tokens, payments, invitations, participations, account management).
- Cooperation with anti-fraud measures and acceptance of necessary controls.
ARTICLE 5 — Co-GMs
A Co-GM acts as an assistant to the GM. The GM may invite between one (1) and three (3) Co-GMs via invitation link. Co-GMs have limited access and no withdrawal rights. The GM may revoke a Co-GM at any time. Acceptance of specific Co-GM rules may be required.
ARTICLE 6 — Tournaments and Formats
Participation in tournaments is voluntary. Competitions may follow various formats (e.g., 16/32/64/128 teams, group stage, knockout, or mixed formats). The Token cost is displayed before registration. Registration constitutes firm commitment. Official results and rankings are accessible via the dashboard according to the validation procedures in place.
ARTICLE 9 — Intellectual Property
The T⚽L brand and visual elements are protected. Their use is limited to team promotion and competition results within the platform context. Content provided by GMs may be displayed on official platform media. Rankings, tables and generated materials remain the property of the platform.
ARTICLE 10 — Acceptance and Amendments
Reading and accepting these Rules is mandatory (checkbox validation). These Rules have contractual value. The administration may amend them to reflect platform evolution. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules.
ARTICLE 11 — Termination
The GM may request account termination. No refund is due for Tokens allocated under subscription. Any withdrawal remains subject to Article 7 conditions. The administration reserves the right to close an account in cases of serious fraud or repeated violations.
ARTICLE 12 — Official Language
These Rules are originally drafted in French. Translated versions may be provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between language versions, the French version shall prevail.
